Supporting Local Online Businesses
In the last few years Port Macquarie and many of the surrounding areas have battled severe drought, life threatening bushfires, the global pandemic and just this week – life changing floods.
Supporting local is a MUST for Holly Elson, local Mumma and founder of the TopKnot Girl brand.
Since founding the TopKnot Girl brand in April 2014, Holly has advocated for small local businesses.
Seeing our local region devistated by floods, Holly decided to pop together a list of LOCAL BRANDS that everyone can support, regardless of their location. All of these brands are Port Macquarie (or surrounds) based and by purchasing from them, your money will go back into our local community.
The owners of these small, online businesses spend their money locally on supplies, groceries, fresh produce, events etc. By making a purchase from a local online business, you are helping us help our region!
We loved this fantastic initiative of Holly’s and wanted to help spread the word about all these amazing local brands right here on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
Let’s get behind local online businesses, purchase with purpose and help put much needed money back into our local economy. 🙏
“For every dollar spent at a local business, about $0.80 stays in the community.”
