B : Breathing

Pregnancy & Birth Breathing is simply the instinctual act of inhaling in and exhaling out, breathing in and breathing out.

We are perfectly designed to do this automatically, our subconscious mind initiates this for us so we don’t even need to think about it.

We have our lungs that fill with oxygen and expand and deflate.

Our nose to inhale and warm our breath.

Our diaphragm which is a dome shaped muscle that sits at the base of the chest which flattens when you breath in and it creates a vacuum that pulls air into your lungs.

Then when you exhale the muscle relaxes and air is pushed out of the lungs.

What an amazing natural toolkit we have provided to us by Mother Nature.

“When you change the way you view birth, the way you birth will change.”
